We are looking for an enthusiastic, physically fit colleague to join our baby furniture manufacturing company in the role of Finished Goods Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator. You should not only be precise and well-organized, but also able to coordinate the tasks of a small team with clear and effective communication.
What do we do?
For over 30 years, our main passion and expertise has been creating children’s furniture. And not just “miniature versions” of adult pieces – we design and craft true nursery furniture, built with the needs of little ones (and their parents) in mind. You’ll find our creations in every major baby store across Hungary – and in most countries across Europe as well.
Our company is located in Újszentiván, just outside Szeged, at 15 Sziget Street, right next to the “Sportpálya” bus stop. (Public buses run every 30 minutes in the mornings and afternoons.)
What should you expect joining our team?
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that the flat-packed products leaving our factory are stored in an organized manner with accurate documentation, and later loaded onto trucks or containers safely and without any missing items.
You will have access to various forklifts and lift trucks, so a valid forklift operator’s license is essential. A category B driver’s license is also useful to have from time to time.
It’s a plus if you have experience managing a warehouse, as the role involves not only handling receipts, shipments, and inventory, but also providing occasional data reports to related departments.
With a large number of export partners, you will spend a lot of time preparing orders, planning the loading of trucks and containers, and of course, handling the actual loading process as well.
It’s important that you’re comfortable with physical work,as you will also take part in the loading tasks. We’re not just looking for a warehouse employee – we want someone who can organize and lead, but is also a true team player, unafraid to lead by example and show how things should be done.
You will also be responsible - based on the pre-submitted transport schedule - for planning and coordinating the loading processes.
Once you’ve mastered the role – and truly become the heart and soul of the warehouse – you will gradually take on organizing the work of your warehouse colleagues as well. If you’re skilled, you’ll also be able to boost your team’s engagement and commitment.
Your direct direct supervisor will be the Logistics Manager, with whom you’ll coordinate the day’s “battle plan” every morning. After that, you’ll have full responsibility and autonomy to carry out your tasks.
Our production team starts their day at 6:15 AMand finishes by 2:45 PM. The warehouse follows the same schedule, although there is some flexibility when it comes to start times.
We'd honor your high efforts with full employment benefits and 500-550 thousand HUF as your starting salary. On top of that, we provide commuting allowance, a company phone , and a professional, supportive work environment.
As you gain experience and grow in the role, your salary can increase accordingly,supported by personalized in-house training and development programs.

We have a fantastic sales team of five talented individuals. They currently have an excellent leader, who this year has the honor of stepping up to become our Managing Director. As such, we are primarily looking for a colleague to support and relieve their workload. What will be your job?
You will manage our company’s entire export business, maintain relationships with our trusted and valued partners, and actively seek out new ones—even from across the farthest oceans. As we mentioned, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the Sales Department, which means you’ll be negotiating, making calls, visiting partners, keeping the team together, and occasionally telling jokes (good ones, of course).
What do you have to know?
We’re looking for someone who’s fluent in English (we do check this!), with 3–5 years of commercial experience, and familiar with both graphic design and marketing. A degree is appreciated but not required—what matters are the facts. You are proactive and decisive, able to work independently, recognize people’s strengths and assign tasks accordingly, and stay results-focused. Ambitious, cheerful, and naturally building connections that translate into sales, you love your work, bring innovative ideas, and thrive as a team player. Ezeket a bútorokat Magyarország minden jelentős babaszaküzletében megtalálod, mi több Európa legtöbb országában is, így a 77 szorgalmas szakember kicsit több mint 1,5 milliárd forint árbevételt ér el.
Our company is located in Újszentivánon találod, a Sziget út 15. szám alatt, közvetlenül a „Sportpálya” buszmegálló mellett. (A menetrend szerinti járat reggelente és délutánonként 30 percenként közlekedik, Szeged-Mars térről indulva Tiszasziget irányába) Bicajjal 35-40 perc Szegedről, kocsival 15 perc, és mindig ellenkező irányba nagy a forgalom, mint ahogy mi járunk munkába.
Célunk, hogy bútoraink között a gyermekek biztonságban és harmóniában nőjenek fel, és ennek megfelelően a bútorainkat olyan szeretettel és aprólékos odafigyeléssel készítjük, ahogyan gyermekeinkről is gondoskodunk.
What should you expect joining our team?
Mint a festő csapat tagja, és a festőgép kezelője azon fogsz dolgozni, hogy a gyártás kapcsolódó területei folyamatosan el legyenek látva megfelelő minőségű festett alkatrészekkel, bútorelemekkel.
Mivel a gépen egyszerre ketten dolgoztok, gépkezelőként Te fogod adni az „ütemet”, ami persze felelősség is, mert attól függ a lefestett alkatrészek mennyisége. Ha ügyes vagy, és rutinra teszel szert, úgy tudod majd szervezni a festési munkafolyamatokat, hogy mindig időben készüljön el az, amire épp szükség van a bútor csomagolásához. Ezt a csomagolós munkatársak is széles mosollyal fogják nyugtázni.
Ha már minden állvány tele van száradó alkatrészekkel, akkor besegítesz az előkészületi munkákba, – alkatrész le és felkészítés, csiszolás – amivel a magad munkáját is megkönnyíted
Nem kell attól tartanod, hogy egész nap büdös festékek között kell tartózkodnod, mert korszerű, – egészségre ártalmatlan – vizes bázisú festékkel dolgozunk, ráadásul a gép festékvisszanyerővel ellátott, így egyúttal a környezetet is véded.
Közvetlen felettesed a részlegvezető lesz, akivel minden nap egyezteted az aznapi „csatatervet”, utána szabad kezet kapsz a teendők felelős elvégzéseben. Noha rendszeresen egyeztetsz vele, kérdéseiddel bármikor keresheted őt, készséggel ad információt, támogatást, hogy a munkádat jól tudd elvégezni.

Persze napközben van időd kényelmesen megreggelizni, ebédelni illetve 10-kor tartunk egy kávé, cigi, csevegés, – ki mire használja – szünetet is. Ja, és minden alkalommal amikor napközben lemerül az aksid, akkor free (nem Frei) coffee-val töltődhetsz, ameddig csak a vérnyomásod tolerálja.
