Contents of Project Overview:
Installation and commissioning of a 12.21 kW solar panel system. The system includes 37 Eternity 330W monocrystalline solar panels, mounted on the building’s roof. Additional components of the system are: the Huawei SUN2000-12KTL-M0 inverter, aluminium mounting structure (rails + clamping bolts, intermediate and end caps), and electrical fittings (solar cables, AC and DC fuses, surge protection device, grounding, and supply cabling). The 37 solar panels are connected in 2 strings, which link to the phases of the network through the Huawei SUN2000-12KTL-M0 inverter. The utility provider replaced the meter, thereby commissioning the system.

EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT
With the automatic feeder and automatic dosing device procured under the project, it will be possible to set up a production cell that integrates both existing and newly acquired equipment into the production line. This will enable automated feeding and consistent material advancement, ensuring high-quality processing. Efficiency in the targeted department is expected to increase by 20%, while production losses will decrease.
The 6-head automatic profiling machine (planer), the double mitre saw, and the spindle sander ensure that solid wood processing technology maintains a high level of production quality.
HEADQUARTERS DEVELOPMENT
As a result of increased and more efficient production capacity, an expansion of the finished goods warehouse is necessary. Within the project, a finished goods storage hall with a gross floor area of 644.8 m² will be constructed, enabling faster and higher-quality fulfillment of partner orders.
The new finished goods warehouse will be equipped with a pallet racking system.
INFRASTRUCTURE
As part of the infrastructure investments, access roads will be concreted, and gates and fencing will be constructed. Thanks to this development, adequate infrastructure will be available to accommodate the increased truck traffic.

Our company, Faktum Bútor Kft., has been awarded HUF 148.77 million in conditionally repayable support under the GINOP-1.2.14-20-2021-00005 project, titled “Support for the adaptation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the fashion and design industry to modern business and production challenges”, with a funding intensity of 70%. The primary goal of our company is to increase the manufacturing capacity of our products. We aim to produce high-quality, high value-added products that offer an outstanding price-to-value ratio, while optimising the efficiency of our production capacities. This grant has enabled us to better meet market demand through hall expansion and machinery acquisitions. With the construction of the new 1,150 m² production hall – facilitating LEAN-style material flow between machines and alleviating bottlenecks – we can transform our production processes from small-scale, “workshop-style” operations into modern, high-throughput industrial production with short lead times, minimising losses. The new hall houses one Biesse Stream A Smart 5.5 A single-sided edge-banding machine and one Biesse Selco WNT 6 panel dividing machine.

FAKTUM BÚTOR Ipari, Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. successfully applied for the “GINOP-4.1.4-19
– Support for Building Energy Developments Aiming at the Use of Renewable Energy and Increasing Energy Efficiency” call.
Within the framework of the project, Redol Ltd. installed a complete 50 kW solar panel system, which consists of the following components:
– Eternity 330W monocrystalline solar panels and the associated mounting and electrical components
– Huawei SUN2000-50KTL-M0 inverter and the associated electrical components
– K2 Minirail mounting system
– DC distribution cabinet
– AC distribution cabinet
The Eternity 330 W monocrystalline panel is of excellent quality, exhibiting low degradation rates
and comes with a 20-year warranty. The aluminum mounting system is strong and corrosion-resistant. The HUAWEI SUN2000‑50KTL‑M0 inverter ensures the connection between the solar panels and the electrical grid. This inverter is high-quality, long-lasting, and exceptionally reliable in the European market.
The implemented investment significantly increases the value of our production facility at the headquarters as well as our company overall. Additionally, it serves as a positive example in the area, reflecting our commitment to environmental awareness to our employees, clients, and local residents.



IMPLEMENTING OF CAPACITY EXPANSION AT FAKTUM BÚTOR IPARI, KERESKEDELMI ÉS SZOLGÁLTATÓ KFT.
Our company, Faktum Bútor Kft., was awarded a conditionally repayable grant of HUF 46.37 million under the GINOP-1.2.8-20-2020-02402 project, within the framework of the “Support for developments helping micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises adapt to modern business and production challenges” call, with a funding intensity of 70%. During the implementation of the project, we were able to acquire a BIESSE Skipper 100 L CNC machining center. This machine is equipped with two operational units—one on the top and one on the bottom—and features a total of 78 independently operating tool-holder spindles. The Skipper can simultaneously perform work on both its upper and lower operational units, processing two panels per operation cycle, thereby increasing both our manufacturing efficiency and plant capacity.
